NeuralOps on the SAY ASPIRE Stage: AINNA Builds Sovereign AI with 90% Processing Reduction

Another major milestone for the engineering stack.

From a pool of 50 companies, AINNA is now one of 10 selected to pitch at SAY ASPIRE, in front of YTM Raja Muda Selangor.

We will be on stage with nine other strong teams, including one that took home a DeepX win under SIDEC last year.

For us, this is not a pitch contest. It is a systems-integration mission: to put Sovereign AI into production here in Malaysia.

With NeuralOps, we are building an inference pipeline that uses large teacher models for distillation, then transfers that knowledge into smaller, domain-tuned student models that are easier to deploy, route and maintain.

The end game is not to keep calling foreign APIs forever. It is to run intelligence we can control, optimise and self-host - with direct ownership of data, model weights, infrastructure and inference.

By coupling AI distillation, smart routing, specialised processing and detached systems, we have pushed processing demand down by roughly 90% on selected workloads.

Our view is that the next generation of AI systems is not about building the biggest model. It is about building models that are leaner, specialised, accountable, sustainable and sovereign.

Less compute. Less energy. More control. Better inference. Better world.
