From Local Commerce Operator to NeuralOps Builder
Founded in 2019 in Melaka, Malaysia, AINNA began as a local ecommerce platform and has grown into a cross-border trade ecosystem connecting Malaysia and Indonesia.
Today, AINNA manages over 80,000 active SKUs, processes around 9,000 monthly orders, and operates across 30 official stores on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, as well as two official e-commerce sites with secure payment gateways.
