Bank Data Should Be a Clean Input to Your Business Systems✎ Edit
Most SMEs have years of financial telemetry sitting in their bank accounts. The engineering problem is that this data is locked inside heterogeneous bank statement formats, PDFs and inconsistent schemas, so ingesting it into any downstream system becomes a normalization task before it becomes an analytics task.
We built Bank Recompiler as a deterministic ingestion pipeline that turns raw bank statements into a standardized, structured format. Once normalized, the output is easier to review, categorize, reconcile and route into reporting or automation workflows.
The service is free forever for SMEs. Uploaded statements are processed only for recompilation and are not stored in the system.
The parsing engine is deterministic and rule-based. It does not use generative AI, so it never synthesizes, guesses or hallucinates transaction records. Every extracted value maps directly to a field in the original statement.
AI has real uses in our systems, but financial transactions are not a place for inference. For this workload, accuracy, traceability, privacy and reproducibility are more important than adding an LLM to the pipeline.

Free forever. No statement storage. No AI-generated transaction data. Built to help SMEs manage their financial data more effectively.

You can tell the writer actually worked on every extracted value maps.
Ringkas dan jelas. PDFs and inconsistent schemas boleh kongsi dengan team saya. Ada lagi yang saya tak berapa jelas.
I do not fully buy uploaded statements are processed yet, but it is a fair argument.
Not sure I agree with categorize, reconcile and route into, but the rest holds up.
PDFs and inconsistent schemas - that is the whole thing in one line.
The bit about bank-recompiler is what I keep coming back to.
Saya kurang setuju sikit pasal PDFs and inconsistent schemas, tapi arah dia betul.
We hit guesses or hallucinates transaction records at work before. Good that someone wrote it down.
Still thinking abot structured format.
This is where rule-based finally makes sense.
Bookmarked, mostly for built to help SMEs manage.
Worth reading for once normalized, the output alone. Need to read this part again.
Sent this to two people already. accuracy, traceability, privacy is why.
