In 2019, AINNA started as an e-commerce company managing more than 80,000 dropship SKUs using an in-house platform that we designed and built ourselves.

By 2022, we transformed our operations to 4,000 ready-stock SKUs, giving us greater control over inventory, fulfilment, and customer experience.

In 2023, we launched 200+ own-brand products while integrating AI into content creation and marketing automation to improve productivity.

By 2025, our focus expanded beyond retail into building AI Agents, Multi-Agent Architecture, Detached Systems, and Smart Routing.

Today, in 2026, we are developing our NeuralOps AI Infrastructure Proof of Concept (POC)-designed to deliver practical, scalable, and efficient AI for enterprises and SMEs.

Over this journey, AINNA has generated RM15 million in total revenue and contributed RM325,000 in tax and zakat.
