After 10 months of cost analysis, failed iterations, and persistent troubleshooting, we have implemented a modified Agentic AI with both Web-CLI and Telegram interfaces.
OpenClaw (OC) is a capable platform, but it has become increasingly bloated with features, dependencies, and complexity that add little measurable value to most finance and operations workflows.
In our assessment, nearly 80% of those features are unnecessary for day-to-day operations.
Our Agent AI includes Personal Smart Routing, which enables the system to route each task to the most suitable-and cost-effective-AI model based on complexity. Not every task requires a powerful or expensive LLM.
We have also integrated Offline Functions, allowing repetitive and routine tasks to run directly without calling an LLM or consuming tokens. This significantly reduces API dependency, token usage, and operating costs-three variables we track closely in our cost model.
Our objective is straightforward: implement an AI agent that is lighter, faster, more efficient, and fully under our control-with costs that are predictable and auditable.
Less bloat. Smarter routing. More offline execution. Lower operating costs.
In our experience, innovation is not about adding more features. It is about removing what we do not need and making better use of the resources we already have-a discipline that applies as much to finance as it does to technology.

Baru kali ini ada yang bahas 10 dengan jujur.
cost-effective - that is the whole thing in one line.
Sent this to two people already. nearly 80% of those features is why.
Clearer than the vendor decks I get about which enables the system.
The case for allowing repetitive and routine tasks is well made.
