Early days, pilot control almost everything manually. Then come fly-by-wire, pilot give input, computer handle how aircraft should respond. Today pilot mostly set target - destination, altitude, speed, route - system manage much of execution.
AI also same. Before, user need prompt step by step and monitor everything. Then copilot era, AI assist but human still control.
Now we are moving to next stage: target-based Agentic AI.
CEO no need monitor every small thing anymore. Just set what result you want, limit, and authority. Agent AI will decide how to execute, use the right system/device, check result, and only call human when really needed.
From control → assist → target.
That’s where we are going.
