What is even more concerning is that this belief is often held by people responsible for making critical decisions, and those decisions are shaped by hype rather than technical understanding.
The real problem is not AI itself.
The problem is using AI without a proper strategy.
With smart routing, model segmentation, and detached systems, resource usage can be reduced by up to 90% because large models are only activated when genuinely required.
Using AI without strategy is like:
