FOUNDER STORY
The journey began long before social commerce became mainstream.
Abang Jas' entrepreneurial journey has grown alongside the evolution of the Malaysian food industry.
Through Anis Cafe Enterprise, he developed food products, participated in business programmes, entered markets and continued learning what consumers wanted.
As consumer behaviour changed, the business changed with it.
Cooking pastes evolved into Ready-to-Eat products. Physical market activity expanded into digital commerce. Selling evolved into content. Customers became communities.
Today, Abang Jas represents both sides of JASMANI: the experience of traditional food entrepreneurship and the adaptability of a modern digital entrepreneur.

Digital commerce became one of the most important transformations in the JASMANI journey.
Instead of relying only on traditional sales channels, JASMANI adopted short-form content, live selling and marketplace commerce.
By 2025, nearly 80% of sales were generated through TikTok Shop.
For JASMANI, digital commerce was not simply another sales channel. It became a direct connection between the founder, the products and the customer.
