🚀 Alhamdulillah, AINNA is currently preparing two proposals for pitching sessions at MOSTI Cyberjaya.
From my perspective in finance and accounting, both initiatives were shaped by the same operational question:
How can technology reduce business costs instead of adding to them?
1️⃣ Lowering the Cost of Financial Statements for Street SMEs
Many Street SMEs do not leave financial statements unfinished because they are unwilling.
The reality is that the current process is often expensive, technically demanding, and time-consuming. The result is that many entrepreneurs operate without structured financial records, which weakens their position for banking, tax, and business decisions.
That is why we approached the problem from the SME's cost structure.
Instead of asking entrepreneurs to adapt to accounting software, we built a tool that starts with the records they already produce.
✅ Phase 1 is now complete.
The platform converts bank statements into Excel automatically and at no charge, removing manual data entry and the transcription errors that come with it.
One principle is especially important to us:
AINNA's servers do not store users' bank statements.
Files are processed only for format conversion. From an accounting control standpoint, financial data should remain the asset of the user, not the platform provider.
We are now developing Phase 2, which aims to automate the generation of financial statements from those records with minimal manual intervention.
The objective goes beyond saving time.
We want financial record-keeping to become cost-effective and accessible to more Street SMEs, regardless of their size or technical background.
2️⃣ AINNA NeuralOps System
While many are racing to build larger AI models...
From a financial operations perspective, we are focused on building more efficient AI infrastructure.
The AINNA NeuralOps System is an end-to-end AI infrastructure platform comprising:
• LLM Servers
• AI Orchestration
• AI Agents
• Detached Architecture
Each component consumes computing resources only when required.
This enables:
• More efficient GPU utilization
• Lower operational costs
• Reduced electricity and cooling requirements
• A modular, scalable, and more sustainable AI infrastructure
We believe the next phase of AI adoption will not be defined solely by larger models.
It will also be shaped by smarter architecture and better unit economics.
From helping Street SMEs generate financial statements...
...to helping enterprises manage AI infrastructure as a controlled capital and operating asset...
AINNA's mission has remained the same.
To use technology to reduce digital barriers, simplify compliance, and make advanced tools more accessible to Malaysian businesses.
We do not expect every evaluator to share our view.
However, if a solution can measurably reduce costs, improve record quality, and broaden participation in the digital economy, then we believe it deserves serious consideration.
We sincerely hope these proposals are given the opportunity to contribute to Malaysia's innovation ecosystem through the MOSTI platform.
🇲🇾🤲
