Built from engineering

ZAR Group’s foundations trace through decades of marine engineering, industrial systems and senior human-capital leadership before the Group was established in 2014.

DATO’ ASPALELA RAMLY

Director & Co-Founder

Aspalela Ramly is a co-founder of ZAR Consultancy Services and ZAR Lynx Sdn Bhd. She began her career in 1996 at Sime Hyundai Wood Industries before progressing into senior human-capital leadership across Malaysian GLCs and MNCs. She led HR operations at MRCB, including a compensation and benefits scheme and managing C&B for operations in Dubai, and later served Pharmaniaga Group as Head of Reward & Recognition, where she delivered HRIS, global mobility policy and payroll initiatives. She has served as an Industrial Relations Employer Panel Member for the IR Court of Malaysia and the Ministry of Human Resources (2013–2015).

ZULIZMAN ABDUL RAHMAN

Director & Co-Founder

Zulizman Abdul Rahman is a co-founder of ZAR Lynx Sdn Bhd. He graduated with a Diploma in Marine Engineering from Ungku Omar Polytechnic and began his career in 1995 as a Marine Engineer at PETRONAS Tankers, specialising in LNG carriers. He moved through Malaysia Shipyard and Engineering as an Estimator, Honeywell Engineering in DCS business development for marine and oil & gas, and Sapura Holdings as Chief Engineer. He later led two subsidiaries at Sapura Energy serving clients including Petronas and Shell, co-founded MOGBiss in 2012, and established ZAR Lynx in 2014.
