In my finance and accounting role at AINNA, I read IDC's 2026 research as follows: enterprises with visibility into AI agent costs reported average annual spending of approximately USD1.41 million on AI inference and related orchestration services. That gives us a cost base to test. If Smart Routing and Shared Intelligence Cache reduce it by 10–14%, the annual gross savings would be USD141,000–USD197,000.

The stronger business case, however, is not cost reduction alone. It is operational leverage: thousands of employees can share proven problem-solving methods without exposing confidential data. When one employee develops a highly effective workflow, the entire organisation can reuse it instead of repeatedly paying for expensive LLM processing.

That is the rationale behind AINNA NeuralOps - turning individual expertise into collective institutional intelligence while cutting unnecessary AI consumption.

The future of Enterprise AI is not just smarter models. It is smarter organisations that can measure, control, and justify every AI cost incurred.

These savings are illustrative estimates and must be validated against actual workload volumes and implementation costs before any business decision is made.
