With or without assist from any relevant party, we still continue build our foundation for cross border.
Kami memang tak malu pitch sana sini. Most of the time maybe no monetary result, but almost every person we pitch give us something valuable lesson, information, market view, contact and sometimes new direction that we never think before.
I always tell my son and team, world is weird.
Sometimes we see people pitch without very clear objective also can get what they want. That is their rezeki. It doesn't mean world purposely want to make things difficult for us.
So we just continue forward.
Our next target is global, and China is one of the market we aim. But we want to enter with different principle - efficient AI infrastructure, scalable, measurable and ESG from beginning.
With NeuralOps, we are building AI infrastructure architecture that target up to 90% less energy usage, and also reduce water and coolant requirement from heavy compute infrastructure.
We don't want this only become marketing claim.
We even build our own calculator and measurement framework to calculate baseline, energy usage, infrastructure requirement and potential saving, so people can question, test and verify our claim.
Our first real try will be on 2nd September, for the Export Readiness Programme pitch.
From all companies pitching there, we are the only one bringing an AI Infrastructure product.
Not chatbot.
Not just AI apps.
Not only automation.
We are pitching the infrastructure itself through NeuralOps, Smart Routing, Detached Systems, specialised processing, automation, governance, deployment architecture, resource optimisation and AI efficiency.
This will be our first real test to see how people and market react to our AI Infra proposition for cross-border expansion.
Will we get something from it? We don't know.
Maybe yes, maybe no.
But even no monetary result, we still get feedback, information, contacts, market understanding and lesson on what we need to improve before going global.
Every pitch add another piece to our foundation.
Every rejection teach us something.
Every conversation give us more data.
And every opportunity allow us to test whether what we build can survive outside our own environment.
2nd September will be our first real test.
No shortcut. No guarantee.
We just continue build, improve and move forward until the foundation strong enough to go global.
