3. What happened
A structured index of the Azhar Food product universe: thirty canonical product records across cassava, banana, tortilla/nachos, nuts, traditional snacks and bulk supply, each with an evidence state and source link.
4–5. Key points & why it matters
The product layer is built as a canonical catalogue, not a marketplace mirror. Each product carries an evidence state: verified (named in dated media or a first-party source), indexed (discovered in marketplace or directory research) or pending (requires confirmation). Flavour and pack-size variants are stored separately from canonical products so a Shopee listing with multiple weights is not counted as several products. This index is designed for incremental source reconciliation: an indexed product is not automatically a current marketplace listing, and a verified product is not a claim of current stock or price.
6–7. Relevance and business implication
For buyers and partners the index is the honest product map: what Azhar Food is publicly documented to make, in which families and pack sizes, and which items still need confirmation. It keeps the catalogue truthful while the marketplace and social-commerce layers continue to grow.
