Datuk Haji Saroni brings extensive leadership experience across education and management. He served as Manager of the Small Business Development Centre (SBDC), Universiti Pertanian Malaysia (UPM), for 20 years, then joined Yayasan Pendidikan Tun Abdul Razak (PINTAR) and Universiti Tun Abdul Razak (UNITAR) as Vice President of Business Development before becoming Chief Executive Officer of the International College of Yayasan Melaka (ICYM) in 2009.

As Chief Executive Officer, he leads KPMC Kajang with a strategic management approach and a high standard of leadership, focused on delivering quality healthcare to the community.
