Sari Tani Desa Sdn. Bhd. ("Sari Tani Desa", "we", "us") operates the Sari Tani Desa website and processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia). Our registered place of business is No. 21 & 23, Jalan Apollo U5/188, Bandar Pinggiran Subang, Seksyen U5, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia.

When you submit an enquiry through our contact forms, Smart OEM Product Planner or OEM Assistant, we may collect the personal data you provide — typically your name, company name, email address, phone number and the content of your enquiry.
3. How we use your data
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss your manufacturing, raw material, grinding or advisory requirements.
- To maintain records of structured technical enquiries for internal follow-up.
- To improve our website and services.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing unless you have separately consented.
4. Retention and security
Enquiry records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and to maintain business records. Enquiries submitted to our technical channels are stored with access controls, and we apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards.
5. Third parties
We use standard analytics (Google Analytics) which processes limited, aggregated usage data on our behalf. Our website does not yet integrate payments or external chat providers.
