Quality runs through the workflow
Quality control is not a final step — it is embedded at each stage of production. Every product manufactured from our factory is checked against the standards that have been set.
Processing controls
Weighing, mixing and filling are conducted against defined specifications to keep batches consistent.
Documentation
Production is documented so each batch can be traced and reviewed as part of release.
Release checks
Finished units are inspected before release, including capsule inspection and finished-product checks.

It means production is organised around GMP disciplines — controlled conditions, defined procedures and documentation — for the packing, herbal products, raw materials and formulas we handle. Sari Tani Desa holds the GMP certificate as a manufacturer for these activities.
Which forms can you manufacture?
Capsules (bottle and blister), creams (tube and jar or bottle), liquids (external and oral), and powders (sachet, tea bag and jar).
Do you handle packaging too?
Yes. Our lines include sachet and tea-bag packaging, bottle and blister packaging, fully automatic labelling, inkjet printing, counting and shrinking machines.
